THIS APPLIES TO DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE OUR WEBSITE OR SERVICES, ANY LINKS WEBSITES, CONTENT ON OUR SITE OR LINKED SITES, INCLUDING PERSONAL INJURY, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, LOSS OF REVENUE, PROFITS, BUSINESS, ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, GOODWILL, DATA, AND WHETHER CAUSED BY TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), CONTRACT BREACH OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF SUCH DAMAGES WERE FORESEEABLE.
No Responsibility for Certain Issues.
Compliance Counsel Parties do not assume any responsibility for issues such as timeliness, deletion, accuracy, misdelivery, data loss, or failure to store any content, including your data, user contributions, communications, or personalized settings.

Exclusions.
Certain jurisdictions may not allow for the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitations may not fully apply to you. In such cases, liability of Compliance Counsel Parties shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

Maximum Liability.
If, notwithstanding the other provisions of this waiver, Compliance Counsel is found liable for any loss or damage which arises out of or is any way connected with any of the described functions or uses of our Site, its content, and our Services, then the Compliance Counsel Parties' total liability shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

This limitation of liability is part of the agreement between you and Compliance Counsel and affect your rights. By using our Site and Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

7. Modification to Terms
Our Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. All changes to our Site are effective as of the ‘last updated date’ and your continued use of the Site after such changes indicate that you consent to be bound by the revised Terms.

8. Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by, construed and entered in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, applicable to contracts deemed to be made within such State, without regard to choice of law or conflict of law provisions thereof. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Travis County.
In the case that changes are made to this section of the Site Terms, such changes will not apply to any ongoing disputes for which the parties have actual notice on or before the date of the revised Terms.
